We only offer aeration in the fall. That is the absolute best time of the year to aerate your lawn. Aerating helps air, water, and nutrients infiltrate the soil. It also provides the perfect microclimate for overseeding.

We only offer overseeding, applying seed to your lawn, in the fall because that is the best time for seeds to germinate successfully. Overseeding increases the thickness of your lawn as well as help reduce erosion of barespots in your yard. Overseeding is best paired with aeration.
Other companies spread out seed for you without giving you any guidance on how to water your lawn correctly. We provide each client with a four page document on how to water your grass seed correctly, including tables (for water scheduling) and the science behind grass germination.
